I offer individual (1:1) therapy sessions for adults and older adolescents facing anxiety, overwhelming stress, and family, friendship or relationships difficulties. I also offer parenting and personal growth support.
I do not offer couples or group/family therapy.

You decide how often and for how long we meet. Whether you prefer a standard 50-minute session, a longer deep-dive intensive, or shorter, more frequent check-ins, we’ll create a plan that supports your needs and fits your schedule.

50-minute personalized therapy sessions are $150. Payment is made by a credit card or HSA (Health Savings Account) at the time of service.
Superbills are available are available upon request for possible reimbursement.
Many insurance companies reimburse for out of network therapy services so check with your plan to find out.

This is a private pay practice and I am considered an out of network provider with insurance. This gives you more flexibility, confidentiality, and a focus on growth instead of requirements.
