I offer individual (1:1) therapy sessions for adults and older adolescents dealign with anxiety, burnout and overwhelm, family, friendship or relationships stress. I also offer parenting and personal growth support with a coaching style approach.
I do not offer couples or group/family therapy.

You decide how often and for how long we meet. Whether you prefer a standard 50-minute session, a longer deep-dive intensive, or shorter, more frequent check-ins, we’ll create a plan that supports your needs and fits your schedule.

50-minute personalized therapy sessions are $150. Payment is made by a credit card or HSA (Health Savings Account) at the time of service. Superbills are available are available upon request for possible reimbursement. Many insurance companies reimburse for out of network therapy services so check with your plan to find out.
Program evaluation services are based on the scope of the project.

I don’t take insurance because I want you to have complete privacy and control over your therapy. Since I don’t bill insurance directly, insurance companies can’t access to the details you share, your personal information remains private, and you get to decide how often and how long we meet.
